Terms & Conditions

1. Session Duration

  • The session time will depend on the type of consultation you select (e.g., 30, 45, or 60 minutes).

  • The stated duration is indicative only. Sessions may extend beyond the scheduled time if required to ensure thorough discussion.

  • The consultation will continue until your questions within the agreed area of life (e.g., Career, Relationships, Finance, etc.) are answered.

  • Please note: This is an astrological guidance session, not psychological counselling. Once your queries are addressed, the session will conclude, whether it takes less or more than the scheduled duration.

2. Refund Policy​

  • No refunds will be issued once a consultation has been provided.

  • Claims of dissatisfaction will not be entertained if Astrologer Manushi Tayal has:

    • Answered your queries,

    • Explained the astrological reasoning, and

    • Provided suggested remedies.

  • Refunds will only be considered if expressly promised in writing by Astrologer Manushi Tayal.

3. Recording Policy

  • Recordings are not automatic and will only be made if requested before or during the session.

  • Recordings are available only for Zoom sessions. Phone calls will not be recorded by either party.

  • Due to technical limitations, recordings may sometimes be corrupt or unavailable. While every effort will be made, recording delivery cannot be guaranteed.

  • You are encouraged to take notes or make your own recording (with prior consent).

  • Recordings provided by Astrologer Manushi Tayal will be shared via WeTransfer and deleted after 3 days. Please download them promptly.

  • Recordings are for personal reference only and cannot be shared, published, or reproduced without written consent.

  • Similarly, Astrologer Manushi Tayal will seek your explicit consent before using any part of a recording for marketing or educational purposes.

4. Nature of Service

  • You acknowledge that astrology provides guidance, not absolute certainty. Predictions may sometimes be inaccurate.

  • You accept that astrology is a supportive tool and agree that no legal claims can be made against Astrologer Manushi Tayal for incorrect predictions.

  • Astrologer Manushi Tayal commits to offering advice to the best of her knowledge and ability.

5. No-Show & Rescheduling

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule.

  • There is no forfeiture of fees for no-shows, but refunds will not be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

By booking a session, you agree to waive any right to initiate legal proceedings for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect predictions,

  • Dissatisfaction with the guidance, or

  • Misinterpretation of the advice.

7. Consent & Acknowledgement

By booking a session with Astrologer Manushi Tayal, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions,

  • You agree to them voluntarily and without coercion,

  • You accept that astrological predictions may be fallible, and are provided for guidance purposes only.
